The tricolour flag was hoisted in its splendour by the Founder Principal on 15th August, 2019 at SVV campus heralding the 73rd Independence Day of India. Patriotic spirit was kept high with the songs sung by the choir, student presentations that made spectators reminisce their civilian duties, dance presentations that lit up the spirit of oneness in everyone present. The event was presided by Founder Principal Dr. Smt. Umakannan and VP Mrs. Preetha Abraham did the honours
